At TIMELINE Calendars, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India only

Delivery Issues & Support (7-Day Rule)

  • Any delivery-related issue (delayed, missing, or damaged shipment) must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment

  • Any additional charges levied by the courier or due to incorrect address details will be borne by the customer

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS
